Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Production
Department: Production
Industry: EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily FATP (Final Assembly, Test & Packing) production activities.
• Assist in final assembly operations as per work instructions and production plans.
• Ensure proper execution of testing processes and report any test failures to the supervisor.
• Monitor production output, cycle time, and line efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before packing and dispatch.
• Maintain production records, test reports, and packing documentation.
• Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for resolving assembly or testing issues.
• Follow SOPs, ESD guidelines, safety rules, and 5S practices on the production floor.
• Support the team in achieving daily production targets and minimizing rework or defects.
  

Key Skills:

• Basic understanding of FATP processes (Final Assembly, Testing & Packing)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  

Qualification:

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
  

Experience:

• 01 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
