Diploma Engineer Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and safety standards.
• Operate and supervise production equipment and machines.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations.
• Identify and report process deviations and machine issues.
• Follow 5S, safety, and company policies on the shop floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Eligibility:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
