Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Equivalent Engineering Qualification
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Support site activities, inspections, and progress tracking.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Adhere to quality, safety, and project standards.
• Participate in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and construction/project processes.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work at project sites across India.

Compensation

Salary will be offered based on skills, experience (if any), technical competency, and project exposure.
