Vacancies: 10 candidates one candidate per identified city.

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Role Overview

We are looking for Diploma Civil Engineers to support SMC PT and STP installation activities across identified cities. Selected candidates will undergo technical training at the Kalol Plant and will subsequently be responsible for supporting installation activities and post-installation audits at their assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SMC PT and STP installation activities at assigned locations.
• Coordinate with installation/service teams for execution of projects.
• Assist in ensuring installations are carried out as per prescribed technical and quality standards.
• Conduct/support post-installation audits to verify installation quality and compliance.
• Identify installation-related gaps and coordinate for necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and reports related to installation and audit activities.
• Work closely with the respective service centre and field teams.
• Apply the technical knowledge acquired during training at the Kalol Plant.
• Travel to project/customer locations within the assigned area, as required.
• Follow all applicable safety and quality requirements.

Training

Selected candidates will undergo training at the Kalol Plant covering:

• SMC PT installation
• STP installation
• Installation processes and standards
• Post-installation audit processes
• Quality and technical requirements

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Candidates should be willing to undergo training at the Kalol Plant.
• Candidates should be willing to work at the assigned city/location and travel as required.
• Relevant experience in installation, construction, infrastructure, plumbing, water/wastewater systems or related activities would be an advantage; experience criteria to be confirmed.
