Job Description

We are looking for freshers who are interested in building a career in Service Coordination, Sales Coordination, Accounts or Administration.

Selected candidates will be trained and assigned to a suitable role based on their qualification, aptitude and communication skills.

Open Roles:

Service Coordinator

• Coordinate customer service calls and complaints.
• Assign and follow up jobs with service engineers.
• Maintain service records and pending call status.
• Coordinate between customers, engineers and the office.
• Follow up until service calls are completed.

Sales Coordinator

• Support the sales team with enquiries and quotations.
• Follow up with customers by phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and documentation.
• Maintain enquiry and customer follow-up records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Service and Accounts.

Accounts & Administration

• Assist with billing, invoicing and basic accounting activities.
• Maintain office records and documentation.
• Assist with payment follow-ups.
• Handle routine administrative activities.
• Support the Accounts and Administration team.

Qualification

For Service / Sales Coordination:
Diploma in ECE / EEE / Electrical / Electronics preferred.

For Accounts & Administration:
B.Com / Commerce graduates / suitable fresh graduates.
