Digitization Manager

Were looking for talented professionals to join our e-Governance project team in Bhopal:

Prior experience in e-Governance / government IT projects preferred
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership skills
Experience handling large-scale documentation/digitization/DMS projects a plus

1. Leadership:
   • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of scanning and digitization professionals.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
2. Workflow Management:
   • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes for scanning and digitization activities.
   • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digitized content into relevant systems.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of digitized documents.
   • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
