Role & responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IAM & Microsoft Entra ID Engineer/Analyst to support identity and access management operations, reporting, governance, and audit readiness across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of security and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions for enterprise identity and access management.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and effective visualization
• Manage user identities, authentication, authorization, Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SSO, Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior management to drive IAM initiatives and resolve issues.
• Track project tasks, action items, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to provide operational insights and management reporting.
• Prepare compliance documentation, technical evidence, and process documentation to support internal and external audits.
• Ensure IAM processes comply with organizational security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in security reviews, access governance activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot identity-related incidents and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
• Support periodic access reviews, recertification campaigns, and compliance reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) in large enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and effective visualization
• Experience in IAM design, implementation, administration, and operational support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal teams, vendors, and business users.
• Experience in tracking deliverables, managing risks, and driving task completion.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance, audit readiness, documentation, and evidence management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, and visualization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Governance, Conditional Access, PIM, Access Reviews, and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
• Exposure to Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and identity security frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 36+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Microsoft Entra ID administration.
