Digital Transformation Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries, ensuring successful implementation of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans for data management, PLM, and value stream mapping.
• Provide expert-level guidance on APC, DCS, Excel Macros, MESS, MS Project, OT/PMP certifications to clients.
• Develop project management skills using PMP methodologies to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 10-25 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Proficiency in SAP systems (S4HANA) with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients at all levels.
