    About this role

    1. Role Overview

NVT Group is looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to drive the implementation of business applications, workflow digitisation, system integrations and management reporting across its real estate and construction operations.

The role will be responsible for translating business requirements into practical technology solutions, leveraging existing platforms such as In4Velocity, LeadSquared, Tally and Falcon Brick, while evaluating additional solutions wherever required.

The individual will work closely with Sales, CRM, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Legal and Customer Service teams, along with software vendors and implementation partners, to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, establish effective controls and deliver timely, actionable management information.

The role requires a strong combination of business process understanding, ERP implementation experience, project management, systems integration and stakeholder management. The focus is on implementing and optimising proven software solutions rather than developing software from scratch.

    2. Key Responsibilities

    A. Digital Transformation & Business Process Improvement

    • Assess existing business processes across real estate development, construction, procurement, customer service, finance and land/legal functions.
    • Identify manual processes, operational bottlenecks, duplication of effort and opportunities for automation.
    • Conduct stakeholder discussions and document current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, process maps and standard operating procedures.
    • Develop a prioritised digital transformation roadmap with implementation milestones, resource requirements and measurable business outcomes.
    • Drive process standardisation, internal controls and workflow automation across departments.

    B. ERP Implementation & Business Applications

    • Lead the configuration, implementation and optimisation of In4Velocity for property inventory, procurement, land/legal workflows and other agreed operational requirements.
    • Assess existing module capabilities and identify configuration, integration or customisation requirements in consultation with the product vendor.
    • Work with the Sales and CRM teams to streamline the lead-to-booking handover between LeadSquared and In4Velocity.
    • Coordinate with Finance and the Tally team to establish controlled exchange of approved financial transactions and reconciled reporting.
    • Ensure that master data, approval matrices, access permissions and transaction workflows are properly defined and maintained.
    • Manage implementation partners and vendors against agreed deliverables, timelines, budgets and quality standards.

    C. Construction Management Systems

    • Evaluate and recommend a suitable construction project management solution to replace or reduce dependence on Excel-based tracking.
    • Define requirements for project schedules, work breakdown structures, villa-wise progress, contractor billing, budgets, commitments, material tracking and planned-versus-actual performance.
    • Assess integration requirements between construction management, procurement, finance and site quality systems.
    • Coordinate with construction teams to pilot and implement the selected solution, ensuring that it meets actual site-level requirements.

    D. Customer Experience & Quality Integration

    • Drive the evaluation and implementation of a customer app or portal covering payment information, documents, construction updates, customer queries and snag reporting.
    • Coordinate the integration between In4Velocity and Falcon Brick for customer-raised snags, site rectification, quality verification, closure evidence and customer updates.
    • Define ticket ownership, service-level agreements (SLAs), escalation rules, notifications and closure protocols.
    • Ensure that customer-facing information is accurate, timely and aligned with operational records.

    E. Land & Legal Digitisation

    • Work with the Land Acquisition, Land Administration and Legal teams to digitise land parcel records, ownership details, due diligence, title-chain documents, approvals, permits and contractual obligations.
    • Define workflows for tracking encumbrances, litigation, statutory milestones, document expiry and renewals.
    • Establish appropriate document classification, role-based access, audit trails and controls for confidential legal information.
    • Evaluate the suitability of In4Velocity for these requirements and recommend alternative solutions if existing capabilities are insufficient.

    F. Management Information Systems & Dashboards

    • Develop a consolidated management reporting framework covering sales, collections, inventory, procurement, construction progress, project costs, quality, customer service and land/legal milestones.
    • Evaluate suitable Business Intelligence (BI) tools and coordinate the development of management dashboards.
    • Define KPIs, reporting ownership, data sources, refresh frequency and reconciliation procedures.
    • Improve the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of management reports while reducing manual Excel-based consolidation.
    • Enable role-based reporting for senior management, functional heads and project teams.

    G. Systems Integration & Data Governance

    • Define common identifiers and master data standards for projects, villas, customers, vendors and service tickets across platforms.
    • Work with vendors and technical partners to validate API, webhook, attachment and data exchange capabilities.
    • Coordinate integration design, testing, error handling, exception monitoring and reconciliation.
    • Establish data ownership, migration, validation, access control, backup and audit requirements in coordination with relevant IT and vendor teams.
    • Ensure that system integrations are secure, maintainable and appropriately documented.

    H. Implementation, Change Management & Governance

    • Prepare project plans, implementation schedules, risk registers, issue trackers and progress reports.
    • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot execution, defect resolution, business sign-off and go-live readiness.
    • Train users, develop user guides and drive adoption across departments.
    • Establish implementation governance through periodic reviews with senior management and departmental process owners.
    • Monitor implementation performance against agreed business outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure successful handover to business owners and ongoing support teams.

    3. Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business Administration or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
    • Approximately 5- 8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, business applications, digital transformation, business analysis or enterprise systems delivery.
    • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution selection through configuration, integration, UAT and go-live.
    • Experience working with ERP systems, workflow automation platforms, CRM applications and management reporting tools.
    • Strong exposure to vendor management, implementation partners, project planning and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
    • Experience in real estate development, construction, infrastructure or project-based businesses would be strongly preferred.

    4. Technical & Functional Competencies

    • ERP implementation, configuration and process optimisation.
    • Business process mapping, requirements gathering and functional documentation.
    • API-based integrations, data mapping and interface testing.
    • Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, data validation and reporting concepts.
    • Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI and dashboarding tools.
    • Understanding of procurement, inventory, project costing, finance and construction workflows.
    • Data migration, master data management, UAT and change management.
    • Familiarity with cloud applications, information security, role-based access and audit controls.

Hands-on programming is not the primary requirement. The candidate must be technically competent enough to assess solution feasibility, challenge vendors, understand integration dependencies and ensure that implementation partners deliver the agreed solution.

    5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Delivery of agreed implementation milestones within approved timelines and budgets.
    • Successful configuration and adoption of priority In4Velocity modules.
    • Successful pilot and rollout of approved system integrations.
    • Reduction in manual processes, duplicate data entry and Excel-based reporting.
    • Improvement in data accuracy and reconciliation across business applications.
    • Reduction in reporting turnaround time and overdue customer-service tickets.
    • Improved visibility into construction progress, procurement commitments and project costs.
    • User adoption, training completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Timely closure of implementation issues and successful business acceptance of delivered solutions.

    6. Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on implementation professional who can engage equally well with business teams, software vendors and technical specialists.

The individual should be capable of converting business needs into clear functional requirements, evaluating whether existing software can meet those needs, managing implementation partners and ensuring that systems deliver measurable operational value.

Strong ownership, structured problem-solving, communication, negotiation and change-management skills are essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in a growing organisation where processes may need to be standardised while technology solutions are being implemented.

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications or a related discipline is required.
    • An MBA in Information Systems, IT Management, Operations Management or Business Analytics, or an equivalent relevant postgraduate qualification, will be preferred.
    • Certifications in ERP implementation, project management, business analysis or data analytics will be an added advantage.

Candidates with demonstrated experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, business process digitisation and systems integration will be preferred over candidates whose qualifications are primarily academic.

    7. Role Boundaries

The Digital Transformation Lead will own the business-side implementation and delivery of the digital transformation roadmap. This includes requirements, solution evaluation, vendor coordination, implementation governance, data quality, testing, adoption and business acceptance.

Software development, specialist integration coding and product-level technical support may be delivered by appointed implementation partners and software vendors under this individual's direction.

The role is accountable for ensuring that the solutions implemented are fit for purpose, integrated where required, adopted by users and aligned with NVT Group's operational objectives.
