Job Description: Digital Transformation Lead for Godrej Estates

We need Business Management / Technology Operations candidate

to lead the Digital transformation across Godrej Enterprises Estates business unit. Who will serve as the strategic bridge between business operations and the Godrej Enterprises Group Digital Team, driving the adoption of "Digital " to modernize project delivery, asset management, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, align and execute on a long-term Digital strategy for Estates business including external-facing and internal processes
• Ensure world-class technology infrastructure for our estates business in line with any global market/standards
• Group Digital Collaboration: Partner closely with the GEG Digital & AI Team to implement enterprise-grade AI tools, ensuring they are customized for construction sites, real estate sales, and office operations.
• Deploy Digital: Oversee the rollout of integrated solutions like BIM (3D Modelling) and Digital Twins to give business functions, real-time insights and predictive maintenance
• Implement Agentic AI: Introduce autonomous "AI Agents" to handle repetitive tasks such as automated reporting, design compliance checks, and smart maintenance
• Drive Industrialization: Support the shift toward modern methods. Use digital tools to track output and use AI to optimize material and reduce waste
• Enhance Site Intelligence: Use Computer Vision and Analytics to monitor site safety and track project health
• Lead Sustainability Goals: Use AI to track carbon lifecycles and implement smart building systems that automatically tune energy use, helping to meet the targets
• Field Augmentation: Deploy AR/VR tools to assist field workers with remote expert support, reducing the need for manual measurements

Candidate Profile

• An MBA degree (any stream) after an engineering (Computers/IT preferably)
• part of digital transformation of a large organisation, with proven track record of moving teams from "fragmented workflows" to integrated digital platforms
• Tech Fluency: High comfort with the core transformation pillars: AI, IoT, and BIM. You understand how these technologies correlate to power a holistic business change
• Problem Solver: Able to address industry challenges like labour shortages and increasing project complexity through automation etc.
• Strategic Communicator: Can translate technical data into value, improving the customer experience through digital handovers and transparent project views
• Ability to setup and thrive in a continuous learning ecosystem with a lot of external focus
• Self-motivated individual with proven track record of aligning multiple teams to a common goal and delivering on the same.

Preferred skills : Prior work exposure in Urban Planning or Smart City programs, policies, or technologies is considered a plus.
