Digital Testing Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Testing Architect who has evolved from a strong software development background into a testing architecture role. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise across modern digital platforms and be capable of designing and driving enterprise-wide testing strategies for web, mobile, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-level Digital Testing Strategy and Architecture.
• Design scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud applications.
• Drive Quality Engineering transformation initiatives across Agile and DevOps environments.
• Architect CI/CD-integrated testing solutions to enable continuous testing.
• Lead performance, security, accessibility, and API testing practices.
• Mentor QA, Automation, and SDET teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong software development background (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Automation framework design from scratch.
• Selenium, Playwright/Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Postman.
• Microservices, API, Web and Mobile Testing.
• Jenkins, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong Digital Testing and Quality Engineering expertise.

Preferred Skills

• AWS/Azure/GCP exposure.
• Performance Testing (JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling).
• Security Testing knowledge.
• AI-assisted testing tools and frameworks.

Ideal Profile

• Developer turned Testing Architect.
• Strong hands-on technical expert, not purely test management.
• Experience driving Digital Testing transformation initiatives.

Experience: 10-12 Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Fulltime work from office, in a month can avail 5 days of WFH
