Republic World is looking for an ambitious Digital Ad Sales professional who is target-driven, excited to take on challenges, and focused on delivering results. The role involves driving revenue growth and monetisation across Republic Digital s CTV and digital properties, developing innovative advertising solutions, and building strong relationships with advertisers. We are looking for an experienced professional who can take digital sales to the next level through strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and best-in-class performance.

An experienced digital advertising sales professional with 18+ years of expertise in Digital/CTV/OTT or Broadcast Ad Sales, with strong client-facing exposure.

Driving revenue growth and monetisation across Republic Digital s CTV and digital properties in India.

Understanding client business objectives across sectors such as FMCG, Defence, BFSI, and Government, and developing customised advertising solutions.

Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets, with a track record of achieving at least 90% of set goals in previous roles.

Generating revenue across YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital channels, with a focus on high-consumption regional markets.

Conceptualising and executing branded IPs, integrated content campaigns, and national-level monetisation strategies aligned with Republic s editorial voice.

Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team while collaborating with editorial, strategy, and product teams.

Leading client pitches, closing key accounts, and delivering innovative campaign solutions.

Expanding advertiser relationships across India, particularly in the consumer, BFSI, Government, Defence, and FMCG sectors.

Developing branded content solutions that combine Republic s voice with client messaging through compelling storytelling and innovative formats.

Experience in a Deputy National Head role would be preferred.

PGDM/MBA/PGPM preferred
