• Ability to sell and persuade customers.
• Basic understanding of education loan products is preferred but not mandatory.
• Expected to know MS Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Fixed monthly salary up to INR 3 Lakh + Performance-based incentives (no limit)
