Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with E-commerce sellers and businesses via calls, emails and virtual meetings to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
Strong problem solving ability and client-first attitude.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
