Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Oracle SCM experience with strong expertise in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud (Fusion SCM).
• Hands-on experience in:
• Work Definitions
• Work Orders
• Production Scheduling
• Resource Management
• Shop Floor Execution
• Manufacturing Costing
• Inventory Transactions
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and support projects.
• Knowledge of integrations with:
• Oracle Inventory Cloud
• Procurement Cloud
• Cost Management Cloud
• Planning Cloud
• Product Management Cloud (PLM)
• Experience in functional testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Ability to prepare business process documentation and training materials.

Preferred Skills

• End-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of REST/SOA integrations.
• Exposure to Supply Planning and Demand Management Cloud.
• Oracle Cloud SCM Certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Configure Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules as per business needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reports.
• Perform application setup, testing, and migration activities.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Support production issues and enhancement requests.
