Role & responsibilities

• Calling client and giving them introduction as VRM
• Built relationship with client to cross sell TPP products.
• Solving clients query to avoid further escalation.
• Guide client to trade online and also guide for further investment online.
• Provide on call guidance and assistance to client when required.
• Reactivation of client, mapped to you in equity and commodities segment.
• Reach out all the top client mapped to you on call.
