Position Title: Digital Product Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy
Product Manager to connect the dots between business needs and technical execution for workforce, capacity management, workforce management initiatives. You will work closely with engineering and product teams in India and USA to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions that power our marketing analytics, reporting infrastructure, and data pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who is a strategic and ambitious individual with the proven ability to deliver products that create impact and deliver exceptional value to the end customer will succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap informed by customer needs, research insights, and business priorities.
- Insights & Decision-Making : Analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights
- Operational Excellence : Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Cross-Functional Partnership : Drive alignment and delivery across Ops.
- Operate in Ambiguity : Identify opportunities in uncertain problem spaces and translate them into clear, actionable initiatives.
- Operational Responsibilities : Writing user stories as a part of the product development lifecycle
- Collaboration with Data Science & Engineering : Work with DS teams to build, test, and optimize ML/AI models.
Experience: Consulting Experience – Great To Have:
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years in Product Management.
- Proven experience in defining and executing product strategy and roadmap for operational or supply chain-focused products.
- Strong domain expertise in Capacity Management, Workforce Planning, and Labor Scheduling.
- Experience in Workforce Planning, Capacity Management, Labour Scheduling.
- Strong understanding of Customer Promise Management and On-Time Delivery processes.
- Demonstrated success in KPI-driven product ownership, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing labor costs, lowering cost per order, and enhancing fulfillment performance.
- Proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making to derive insights and influence product strategy.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
Highly Desirable:
- Knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures.
- Ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect service.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across the department and team.
- Self-starter, with a desire to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude

- Retail Domain Experience is required
- Experienced in mentoring development teams
- Hands-on experience in production environments with an SRE
- Proficient in design patterns and architectural skills.

- Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience.
