What would you do The traffic coordinator is responsible for ensuring the optimization and smooth execution of media campaigns using the Flashtalking platform. This person collaborates closely with project managers (PMs) to facilitate ad placements, applies dynamic creative optimization (DCO) strategies for enhanced ad personalization, and serves as the final quality assurance checkpoint before assets deliverRole requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation designOverseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies.It encompasses managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm.
What are we looking for Primary skill - Digital Project Management - P1 Five+ years of ad ops or traffic experience with a focus on Flashtalking and DCO.Ad agency experience required. Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including digital ad sizes, ad types, and ad specs.Email marketing campaign experience preferred.Excellent organization and time management skills.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communications with great attention to detail.Comfortable managing competing demands,
Roles and Responsibilities: Sets up, manages, and optimizes media campaign using the Flashtalking platform.Grows a deep understanding of DCO strategies to enhance ad personalization and effectiveness.Works closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and account management, to ensure seamless project execution.Acts as last line of defense before creative assets are sent to agency partners. Must ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to client specifications.Manages multiple projects from end to end, ensuring on-time delivery.Attends project kickoffs, status meetings, and agency-partner meetings regularly.Builds strong relationships with both agency partners and internal teams to execute the highest-quality deliverables
