Digital Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

This role is suitable for a fresher or candidate with up to 1.5 years of relevant experience, including internship experience, who is looking to build a strong career in digital marketing.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing team on social media, content, influencer marketing, digital campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities across our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
• Maintain social media content calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Assist with creating ideas for posts, reels, stories, campaigns and other digital content.
• Write basic captions, social media copies and campaign communication.
• Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, content formats and digital trends.
• Research and coordinate with influencers and content creators.
• Assist in influencer outreach, negotiations and campaign coordination.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist with Google Ads and other paid marketing activities under guidance from the marketing team.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.
• Assist with website and Google Business Profile updates.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, agencies and other marketing vendors.
• Support marketing events, brand activations and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain marketing trackers, reports and campaign records.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
• Fresher to 1.5 years of relevant experience, including internship experience.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media analytics and influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new digital marketing ideas.
