About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and practical Digital Marketing Trainer who can train students in modern digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, a strong interest in continuously learning new trends, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and practical way.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and practical digital marketing training sessions.
- Teach students through real-world examples, case studies, activities, and live projects.
- Cover key areas including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Content Marketing
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Website & WordPress
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Influencer Marketing
- AI tools for digital marketing
- Lead generation and marketing funnels
- Guide students in executing live campaigns and digital marketing projects.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Google, Meta, AI tools, advertising platforms, SEO trends, and other developments in the industry.
- Create or update training materials, assignments, practical exercises, and project briefs.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students on portfolios, freelancing, internships, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in solving practical digital marketing challenges.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, webinars, and other academy activities when required.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO, SMM, Paid Advertising, and Digital Marketing fundamentals.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media strategy.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new digital marketing tools and strategies.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience in Digital Marketing OR
- Minimum 1 year of corporate/industry experience in Digital Marketing.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
