Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and continuously improving digital marketing training programs for students, working professionals, and business owners. This on-site role, based in Serilingampalli, involves conducting interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical labs covering topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. The trainer designs and updates curricula to align with current industry trends, prepares learning materials and assessments, and provides individualized feedback, mentoring, and career guidance to learners. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating tools and platforms through live case studies, supervising projects, evaluating learner performance, and coordinating with the academic and placement teams to ensure training outcomes meet industry expectations. The role also includes contributing to webinars, corporate training sessions, and collaborative program enhancements that strengthen Digital Nest's reputation as a premier digital marketing institute.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong digital marketing skills, including hands-on experience in SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
• Candidates should possess expertise in training and facilitation, including curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom delivery, and the ability to explain complex concepts through practical examples and live projects.
