Digital Marketing Trainee

Position: Digital Marketing Trainee Company: Infotrik TechnologiesRole & responsibilities

• Plan and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging posts, captions, carousels, reels and promotional content aligned with the companys brand identity.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
• Research current trends, competitors, keywords and relevant industry topics.
• Support lead-generation activities through social media, email outreach, online platforms and digital campaigns.
• Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO and website content optimisation.
• Write and optimise blogs, website content, service descriptions and marketing copy.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, reach and leads using analytics tools.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the technical and business teams to understand services and create relevant marketing content.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms, whenever required.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing, content creation, lead generation and SEO.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, engaging and error-free content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Basic video-editing and graphic-design skills are preferred.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
• Strong research, organisational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn, experiment with new ideas and take ownership of assigned tasks.
