Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and social media management.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear reports and actionable recommendations.

Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Meta Pixel.

Ability to use Google Search Console to monitor search performance, indexing and technical SEO issues.

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Strapi or comparable systems.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and website development fundamentals.

Experience in landing page optimisation, lead generation and lead qualification analysis.

Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in digital marketing.

Strong communication, coordination and creative thinking skills.

Measure and report campaign performance, tracking metrics such as CTR, CPL, qualification rate, cost per qualified lead and conversions.

Plan, execute and optimise SEO, Google Ads, Meta campaigns and social media activities.

Develop content ideas and creative briefs tailored to campaign objectives, audiences and platforms.

Experience in content management, including planning, organising and publishing content across websites and social media channels.

An understanding of photo and video shoots, including basic camera handling, would be an added advantage.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Google AdWords, online branding, photography principles, SEO techniques, social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook), and WordPress website management systems.
