Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Typical day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics data to improve reach and conversion. The role involves coordinating SEO and SEM activities, supporting branding initiatives, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure consistent messaging and user experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram, requiring close collaboration with the local team and active participation in strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including experience with campaign planning, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including managing social channels, content scheduling, community engagement, and basic social media advertising.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including the ability to interpret data from tools such as Google Analytics and generate performance reports and insights.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field would be beneficial.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with marketing automation platforms, basic knowledge of graphic design or content management systems, and a results-oriented mindset.
