are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage paid campaigns, SEO, AEO and lead generation activities while continuously identifying
opportunities to improve digital performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Plan and run PPC campaigns while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
¢ Optimize campaigns based on leads, conversions, cost and lead quality.
¢ Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across social media platforms and prepare performance reports.
SEO & AEO
¢ Handle On Page SEO, Off Page SEO and AEO activities for assigned websites.
¢ Continuously monitor SEO status and identify opportunities for rankings, traffic and search visibility improvements.
¢ Optimize website content, metadata, headings, internal linking and other on page elements.
¢ Keep up with search technology, AI search and SEO trends and recommend relevant changes and updates.
Off Page SEO & Link Building
¢ Develop, execute and maintain link building activities and identify relevant quality backlink opportunities.
¢ Manage submissions across web directories, article directories, social bookmarking platforms, blogs and forums.
Social Media & Reporting
¢ Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) activities and support social campaigns focused on awareness, engagement and lead generation.
¢ Track and analyze campaign and website performance and prepare regular reports covering leads, traffic, rankings and campaign KPIs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
¢ 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing, with practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
¢ Good understanding of SEO and AEO, On Page and Off Page SEO, PPC campaign management and optimization.
¢ Knowledge of link building and off page SEO techniques, with the ability to analyze campaign and website performance data.
¢ Awareness of emerging search, AI and digital marketing technologies, along with strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
