Role & responsibilities

Grow Search and Website Performance

• Build SEO priorities across technical, on-page, off-page, local and AI-assisted search (AEO & GEO).
• Use analytics and search tools to improve visibility, website performance, ecommerce experience and conversion.
• Design and develop landing pages, calls to action and customer journeys from discovery to enquiry and conversion tracking.

Generate and Nurture Demand

• Run lead-generation activity across search, social, email, WhatsApp, marketplaces and campaign landing pages.
• Track lead source, quality, response and conversion, working with Sales to improve follow-up.
• Optimise existing CRM-supported segmentation, lead qualification, campaign automation and lead-nurturing journeys to enable sharper targeting and stronger campaign outcomes.

Marketing Communication and Brand Management

• Own the content calendar across websites, blogs, social media, email and WhatsApp.
• Translate technical product strengths into clear customer communication.
• Enhance the quality and consistency of product communication, regional-language content and co-branded campaigns, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across internal teams and agencies.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve content quality, relevance and productivity.

Strengthen Channel and Marketplace Marketing

• Improve Steelage and Chubbsafes visibility, ecommerce listings and enquiry generation on IndiaMART and relevant marketplaces.
• Develop digital assets, landing pages and campaigns that enable dealers and channel partners.
• Improve adoption and use of marketing assets across the channel network.

Measure Performance and Manage Delivery

• Manage monthly marketing MIS and performance reporting across traffic, search rankings, campaigns, engagement, leads and conversions, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
• Turn performance data into clear recommendations and next actions.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimise spend against agreed KPIs and demonstrate clear return on investment.
• Brief and manage agencies, vendor management and implementation partners for quality, timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners, Sales, Product team and various other cross functional teams to deliver agreed priorities.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including 2 to 3 years of independent ownership.
• Practical experience in applying AI tools and modern SEO practices, including AEO and GEO, alongside website analytics, multilingual content, campaign execution and lead generation.
• Experience improving landing pages, customer journeys or conversion funnels.
• Working knowledge of email, WhatsApp and CRM-supported automation.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
