Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:

Actively participate in identifying, planning & executing digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, GMB, e-mail, Social Media and display advertising.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns on defined periodic intervals (Weekly/ Monthly etc.) and assess against goals.

Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Create, manage paid /media campaigns through multiple platforms.

Implement Performance Tracking (Google Tags, Attributions, Facebook Pixel) for a better analysis of campaigns.

Managing and optimizing CTAs, landing pages, and the lead generation forms to improve conversion rate consistently.

Increase qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the sales team.

Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams/ Departments to collate information, plan and execute digital campaigns.

Desired Profile:

Degree in marketing or a related field

2- 3 years Proven working experience in digital marketing

Demonstrable experience in leading and managing Google Ads, SEO, GMB, Vendor management, social media & programmatic advertising campaigns.

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Should be good with Microsoft Excel.
