About this role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing. We need someone who can independently plan, launch, manage, optimize and scale paid advertising campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Campaigns)
- Telegram Ads
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Pixel & Conversion Tracking
- Lead Generation

- A/B Testing
- Campaign Optimization & Scaling
- ROI, ROAS, CPL & Conversion Analysis
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms will be an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
Candidates who have at least 1+ year of hands-on experience running ads for an iGaming website/platform will be given preference.
