Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this full-time, in-office role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of analytical digital marketing expertise and a firm grasp of sales funnel dynamics. You should know not just how to get clicks, but how to convert audience attention into measurable business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Core Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and key social channels.
• Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to boost organic visibility and performance.
• Create and curate high-converting marketing content, email sequences, and landing page messaging tailored to target buyer personas.
• Manage social media content calendars and maintain an active, engaging brand presence.

Sales Alignment & Lead Generation

• Track and optimize lead generation flows from initial click to conversion, collaborating directly with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
• Analyze buyer behavior, campaign data, and market trends to align digital initiatives with revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role within a business/agency setting.
• Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Must be willing to commute to our Kakkanad Kochi office daily).
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO tools
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
