Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media post creatives, banners and promotional content.
• Create and edit short-form video creatives/reels for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Handle basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO and website optimization.
• Manage social media content and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements for better performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and campaign requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Good knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Experience in creating social media graphics and video creatives.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign metrics and optimize performance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Candidates with experience in real estate / lead generation will be preferred.
