About this role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, digital campaigns and lead generation activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
Manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads and Google Ads.
Generate and manage qualified leads through digital channels.
Develop and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Create content ideas for Reels, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with designers, photographers and video editors for marketing content.
Manage and improve the company's website and online presence.
Implement basic SEO, keyword research and Google Business Profile activities.
Track campaign performance, lead quality, CPL and ROI.
Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and advertising strategies.

Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
