Kronos is an established apparel manufacturing company with more than 4 decades of experience in children's clothing and international-quality garment production.
Miyo is Kronos contemporary kidswear brand, combining strong manufacturing expertise with modern, design-led children's fashion. Miyo is growing across Myntra, Amazon, AJIO, Nykaa and its own D2C website.
The Role- We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive Miyo's digital growth across Meta, D2C and marketplaces.
You will:
- Run, manage and optimise Meta campaigns, budgets and ROAS.
- Track website performance, conversion, CAC, AOV and customer acquisition.
- Analyse marketplace and SKU-level performance.
- Coordinate with creative, social media and external partners.
- Build weekly/monthly performance reports and translate data into actionable decisions.
- Work closely with the founders on digital growth strategy.
We'd prefer someone with:
2–5 years of e-commerce/performance marketing experience, hands-on Meta Ads experience, Shopify/D2C exposure and strong analytical skills. Fashion/kidswear experience is a plus.
