Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, SEO/GEO optimization and building a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified SaaS leads through digital campaigns, content, and partnerships

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO/GEO, email, content and social media

• Manage prospect interactions and track sales activities using CRM tools

• Optimize the marketing-to-sales conversion pipeline to improve lead quality and conversion

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen USPs

• Track and analyze key marketing KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CTR, email open rates, and engagement

• Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven optimization strategies

• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing and growth strategies

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B software or SaaS products

• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, email marketing, content strategy, and social media marketing

• Hands-on experience in lead generation and digital campaign management

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console

• Experience with SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative approach to content and campaign development

• Strong project management and execution skills

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of marketing automation and performance marketing

• Experience with competitor research and market intelligence

• Understanding of conversion optimization and SaaS customer acquisition

• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and tools
