Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
• Create and manage YouTube Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B and brand marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing page requirements.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve results.
• Ensure lead quality and work closely with the sales team for campaign optimization.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
