Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Plan and execute SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to support marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and online visibility.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
