Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms
Plan and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns & promotional content
Develop compelling captions, copy, headlines and creative concepts
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats and digital opportunities
Monitor audience engagement, competitor activities and platform performance
Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns when required
Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions and campaign performance
Prepare regular digital marketing & social media performance reports
Work closely with Sales & Operations teams to support campaigns and lead generation
Identify new platforms, tools and creative opportunities to strengthen our digital presence Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

45 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing or a related field
Hands-on experience managing business/brand social media accounts
Strong understanding of content strategy, social media analytics and paid advertising
Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize campaigns
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and emerging trends
Ability to take ownership and deliver results
