Digital Marketing & Social Media analyst

Job Summary

Amrita School of Business is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Social Media Analyst to lead its digital presence, strengthen institutional visibility, and generate engagement and enquiries among students, academics, recruiters and alumni.

The role combines digital strategy, content creation, analytics and GenAI-enabled marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a baseline and track ASB s performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and relevant discussion forums.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns for admissions, programmes, placements, research, faculty achievements, student accomplishments and institutional events.
• Create engaging reels, short videos, carousels, posters, stories, newsletters and other digital content.
• Use GenAI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney and Canva AI for ideation, content creation and faster campaign execution. Monitor engagement, reach, enquiries, conversions, share of voice and digital reputation; prepare periodic performance reports.
• Build ASB s presence on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, PagalGuy and other relevant forums through credible and informative engagement.
• Benchmark leading Indian and international business schools and incorporate effective digital practices.
• Support admissions and placement communication through targeted digital campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy, credibility and appropriate institutional tone in all AI-assisted and human-generated content.
