Role & Responsibilities Service Team Lead

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Service Team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assign clients, campaigns and tasks to team members based on workload and expertise.
• Monitor the execution and performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, SEO and Google Business Profile campaigns.
• Ensure all client work and deliverables are completed on time and as per agreed service commitments.
• Review campaign performance and guide team members on optimization and corrective actions.
• Monitor important KPIs such as leads, CPL, campaign performance, rankings, engagement and customer results.
• Review client reports before they are shared with customers.
• Handle important client queries, complaints and service escalations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks for the service team.
• Conduct regular team meetings and review pending tasks and client requirements.
• Monitor individual team member productivity and performance.
• Train and guide Digital Marketing Executives and junior team members.
• Identify service issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Maintain proper records of client work, campaign status and pending activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify clients at risk of cancellation.
• Coordinate with the website development/technical team whenever required.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and processes to improve service quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service performance reports for management.
• Take overall responsibility for service quality, client satisfaction, team productivity and customer retention.
• Continuously improve the company's digital marketing service delivery process.Role & responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing or leading a digital marketing team is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Google Business Profile/Local SEO.
• Should have experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Good understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, CPL, conversions and campaign performance.
• Ability to review the work of digital marketing executives and identify errors or performance issues.
• Strong client communication and client management skills.
• Experience handling client complaints, escalations and retention.
• Ability to train, guide and motivate digital marketing team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple client requirements and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to analyze campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Should be proactive, responsible and capable of taking ownership of service delivery and client results.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Should be comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
• Candidates with experience in website development coordination, lead generation and local SEO will have an added advantage.
