Performance Marketing Individual Contributor

Maven Silicon is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer with 5+ years of experience in lead generation and paid digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Drive lead generation and improve CPL, lead quality & funnel performance
• Manage GA4, pixels, events, tracking & attribution
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Optimise budgets, audiences, creatives & landing pages
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Heads
• Test new campaigns and continuously improve performance
• Exposure to video campaigns / DV360 is an added advantage

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Strong experience in Lead Generation
• Education/EdTech experience preferred; Insurance, FinTech, Real Estate and similar industries.
