Digital Marketing Officer

Role Overview

The Officer will execute Truecoats approved marketing plans across social media, advertising, dealer communication, and below-the-line (BTL) activities.

The VP Sales & Marketing and management will set the direction; the Officer will coordinate the people, content, creatives, and materials needed to deliver it.

Key Responsibilities

• Social media and content: Maintain the posting calendar, brief content creators and agencies, coordinate photos and videos, review content for accuracy, and arrange publication of approved posts.
• Design and collaterals: Brief designers and coordinate brochures, posters, standees, product creatives, dealer materials, and other marketing assets. Check product details and follow each item through approval and production.
• Advertising: Coordinate approved digital, print, outdoor, and other advertisements with agencies and media partners. Track artwork, approvals, placement, deadlines, and publication.
• BTL activities: Coordinate promotional materials for dealer and market activities. Work with the sales team on requirements and schedules, and track delivery of materials to the intended locations.
• Business WhatsApp campaigns: Coordinate approved campaign
• messages, visuals, and broadcast content with the creative team. Align the communication schedule with the CRM team, which will handle customer responses and follow-up.
• Website and digital performance: Coordinate website content updates with the service provider and track basic social media, website, and campaign results.
• Marketing coordination: Maintain a calendar of campaigns and
• deliverables; coordinate vendors, quotations, approvals, production, and dispatch within approved plans and budgets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related

discipline; MBA or PGDM in Marketing preferred. A digital marketing

qualification is an advantage.

• 5- 8 years relevant experience in marketing communication, digital

marketing, campaign execution, or marketing coordination.

• Experience coordinating designers, content creators, agencies, printers, and other marketing vendors.

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English, with the ability to

review content for accuracy and suitability.

• Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, website content, analytics, and tools such as Canva or Adobe applications.

• Experience in paints, building materials, FMCG, or another dealer-network business preferred.
