Job Title: Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist

Shift: 5PM to 3AM or 6PM to 4AM

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (ONSITE)

Were looking for a hands-on marketing person to manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for our network of dealers. Youll be responsible for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and creating/adapting content for each dealer.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and ads.
• Track leads, cost per lead, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Create and adapt ad copy, headlines, images, and content for different dealers.
• Take successful campaigns and creatives and customize them for additional dealers and locations.
• Test different creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging to improve results.
• Work with our existing templates, AI tools, and marketing systems to produce campaigns efficiently.
• Identify what is working across dealers and apply those learnings to other campaigns.
  

Requirements

• Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Ability to write simple, effective advertising copy.
• Basic graphic/content creation skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign results and making improvements.
• Organized and able to manage campaigns for multiple dealers at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and follow established marketing processes.
  

Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, CRM systems, AI content tools, or home-improvement/local-service marketing.
