Role Description Digital Strategy & Global Leadership
- Own and lead the overall digital marketing strategy across all global regions.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans covering social media, performance marketing, website, influencer marketing and D2C initiatives.
- Act as the digital business owner for Secure Connection.
- Lead digital go-to-market strategies for new product launches globally.
- Drive digital transformation and scalable frameworks aligned to global growth objectives.
- Collaborate with international country heads/ agency partners to localize strategies based on regional dynamics.
Revenue, Budget & Performance Ownership
- Manage and optimize global digital marketing budgets ensuring strong ROI.
- Forecast digital revenue performance and contribute to annual business planning.
- Drive CAC optimization, ROI improvement, and attribution modelling.
Paid Media Marketing & Analytics
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other performance platforms.
- Build performance dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks.
- Lead data-driven marketing decisions through analytics and automation tools.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging digital technologies.
Website & D2C Ecosystem
- Own website strategy including SEO, UI/UX optimization and content governance.
- Lead D2C roadmap development and execution.
- Oversee marketing technology stack including analytics, CRM integration and automation platforms.
Brand, Influencer & Stakeholder Management
- Drive global social media and influencer marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and governance across all regions.
- Partner with sales, distributors and international stakeholders to align digital priorities.
- Act as key digital advisor to the leadership team.
The role will have multiple direct reports. The role will be responsible for conducting reviews and driving a strong corporate culture within the team that is aligned to the company’s goals and objectives. The role will be solely responsible for setting goals and objectives and ensuring these are congruent with the overall goals and objectives of Secure Connection globally.
