About the Company A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India growth team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own real acquisition channels and budget from day one, with the freedom to test and scale what works. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will run paid and organic channels end to end, own the numbers that matter, and turn spend into qualified pipeline. You will live in the data and act on it fast.

Key Responsibilities Performance Channels

• Plan and run paid campaigns across search, social, and display
• Own SEO, landing pages, and conversion-rate optimisation
• Manage budgets, bids, and channel mix against a target cost per lead

Analytics & Optimisation

• Track funnel metrics, attribution, and return on ad spend
• Run experiments on creative, audiences, and landing pages
• Build dashboards and report results to the leadership team

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in digital, performance, or growth marketing
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web analytics
• A data-first mindset and comfort owning a paid budget
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing a SaaS or subscription product
• Exposure to marketing automation and CRM tools
• Familiarity with SQL, GA4, or BI dashboards
