Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth in the real estate sector. Daily responsibilities include managing social media marketing activities, overseeing online advertising, coordinating lead generation initiatives, and working with the sales team to improve campaign performance. The role involves analyzing web analytics and campaign data, preparing performance reports, and adjusting strategies to improve ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, maintain brand standards, and identify new digital opportunities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills for planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Candidate should be well versed with Google and Meta ads.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms, engage audiences, and build brand presence.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to design and optimize campaigns that drive qualified inquiries.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with paid advertising tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is an advantage.**
