Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Consultant to develop engaging social media content, leverage AI tools for digital content creation, and support influencer marketing and digital engagement initiatives across multiple brands. The consultant will collaborate closely with category heads to strengthen brand presence and drive digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms.
• Use AI-powered tools to create reels, videos, and other digital content assets.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Assist in executing digital activation initiatives and brand engagement programs.
• Create innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate with category heads to understand brand requirements and content priorities.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging digital tools, and content formats.
• Support the development and execution of digital campaigns across multiple brands.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns.
• MICA or SMICS certification mandate
• Proficiency in AI tools for content generation, video creation, and social media assets.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and digital brand engagement.
• Creative thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Freelancers, independent consultants, and professionals from digital marketing or creative agencies are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from institutes such as SIMC, MICA, or similar institutions with strong digital marketing capabilities will be preferred.

Brands & Stakeholder Collaboration

The consultant will work closely with the Category Heads of Cyanobulk, Araldite, and Sealants, with guidance and coordination from the designated team lead.
