Digital Marketing Manager

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive quality leads and improve lead conversion for property sales.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, and landing page performance.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and online brand presence.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing creatives, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to track leads, improve lead quality, and enhance conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Plan digital campaigns for new project launches, property promotions, and special events.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
• Expertise in digital lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
