• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals for efficient task execution.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, and email channels.
• Keyword Competitor Analysis: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize content for better search visibility.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and other teams to improve online presence and user experience.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Optimization Reporting: Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data insights to improve engagement and conversions.
• Brand Visibility: Enhance brand awareness through targeted online marketing efforts and innovative strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and content creation.
• Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create engaging content.
• Experience managing and leading a small team.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
