About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong exposure to the real estate industry to lead and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
The role will involve hands-on digital marketing execution as well as team handling, with responsibility for generating quality leads, strengthening brand presence, improving digital performance, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with real estate business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversion metrics and ROI.
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage the company's website, landing pages, social media platforms and digital presence.
• Plan monthly content calendars for social media and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, video editors and external agencies.
• Handle SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing and performance marketing initiatives.
• Track digital trends, competitor activities and real estate market developments.
• Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for the Director / VP.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

Team Handling

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team.
• Allocate tasks and monitor daily/weekly deliverables.
• Set KPIs and performance targets for team members.
• Review campaign and individual team performance.
• Mentor team members and improve overall team capabilities.
• Coordinate with creative, content and marketing resources to ensure timely campaign execution.

Hands-On Responsibilities
This is a hands-on managerial role. The candidate should be capable of independently:

• Setting up and optimizing campaigns.
• Analysing campaign data and performance.
• Creating campaign strategies.
• Managing social media activities.
• Preparing marketing reports and dashboards.
• Identifying and resolving campaign issues.
• Coordinating with sales and creative teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
• Experience in real estate lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in managing digital marketing teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROI and lead funnel metrics.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as manage a team.
• Candidates from real estate developers, channel partners, proptech or related industries will be preferred.
