Role & responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Meta & Google Ads

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and A/B testing.
• Track ROI, CPL, CAC, and prepare performance reports.
• Experience in B2B campaigns will be an added advantage.

2. SEO On-Page & Off-Page Optimization

• Strong working knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and content optimization.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink generation and outreach.
• Proven experience in improving website rankings within 6 months.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Ability to collaborate with content teams for SEO-driven blogs and landing pages.

3. PR, Branding & Social Media Management

• Plan and execute brand visibility and PR initiatives.
• Coordinate press releases, articles, and external media opportunities.
• Manage social media posting calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Create content ideas aligned with brand tone and business objectives.
• Strengthen brand recall and positioning through consistent messaging.

Required Skills & Experience

• Practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, branding, and audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
