Digital Marketing Manager

Were looking for a smart, creative and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital team and help grow our brands. Youll manage a team of designers and content creators , plan campaigns, run digital advertising, and make sure our brands look great and perform well online.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage our designers and content creators
• Plan monthly campaigns and content calendars
• Develop creative ideas for social media, promotions and product launches
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels
• Run and optimize Meta, Google and other paid advertising campaigns
• Direct the creation of reels, videos, photography and graphics
• Keep our brands modern, consistent and visually strong
• Track campaign performance, leads, engagement and sales
• Work with sales and management to turn marketing into real business growth
• Keep up with digital trends, competitors and new ideas.

Who Were Looking For

• Creative, energetic and commercially minded
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Experience managing or leading a creative team
• Comfortable with Meta Ads, Google Ads and analytics
• Strong eye for design, content and branding
• Organised and able to manage several campaigns at once
• Someone who follows trends and understands what makes content perform.

Experience:

Ideally 3+ years in digital marketing, with some experience leading a team.
